Exchange — free. Store credit for the full amount, valid 3 months. One exchange per order.
Refund instead — ₹200 deducted towards collection and handling; you receive the rest.
Damaged, faulty or wrong saree? Email a photo within 48 hours — full refund or free replacement, nothing deducted.

Yes, we ship orders worldwide.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can return or exchange for any reason within 3 days of receiving your saree. We only ask that you don't wear or wash it, and that you preserve its original condition, tags and packaging. Exchanges are free and give you store credit; if you'd rather have a refund, ₹200 is deducted towards collection and handling. If the saree arrives damaged, faulty or is the wrong one, you pay nothing — full refund or free replacement.
