We have a customer friendly 5 days return & 10 days exchange policy:

Refunds will be issued only via same payment mode for prepaid orders which was used while booking the order and no other medium will be entertained  

Cod Refunds will be done via NEFT ,Customer has to provide the bank details

Cancellation Policy:

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, kindly do so before your order is shipped. You can mail to support@mimosa.in or call us on 9886899990 to cancel the order  

If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund you the entire amount 

For International orders Transaction fees of 5% will be deducted on order value has same is incurred by us

Return Policy:

1. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at support@mimosa.in  or call us on 9886899990  mentioning your Order ID.We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.  

 

2. If you do not like the product, you will have to raise a return request by sending mail to support@mimosa.in  or call us on 9886899990,  

 

3. We offer a pick-up facility for locations which are serviceable by our logistics partners For Domestic orders ,. The products must be unused, and unwashed and all the tags should be intact. Our logistics partner will pick up the return package in 2 - 5 business days from the date the request was placed. If the reverse pick-up option is not available at your location, you can self-ship the products to us by any reliable courier service after raising a return request. Please pack the products and ensure that it is unused, and unwashed and all the tags are intact. The return courier charges will be re-imbursed by us.

4. The package should be addressed to our warehouse location:

For international orders customer has to ship back the product by there own and product should reach Wearhouse within in 20 days from the delivery date

5. Once the return order reaches our warehouse, the order items will go through a quality check by our Quality check (QC) team. Once it clears QC, the refund process will be initiated in 48 business hours through same payment mode through which we have received the payment  and the amount will reflect in your source account in 2 to 3 business days.  

 Note: In case the product does not clear the QC, we will not be able to process the refund 

6. if you decide to return only a portion of the products included in a bundle offer, the offer for the bundle discount ( Buy 2 and Get 1 Free, Buy 3 and Get 50% OFF etc.) may no longer be valid,

Exchange Policy

We only offer a one-time exchange policy, Customer can exchange the product within 10 days once the product is delivered to us by courier partner ,  we will issue the store credit same can be applied at checkout page , No Refund will be made for store credit.

Note: Store Credit will be lapsed in 3 months for the date of issue , so kindly use the same before it get lapsed.
