Dispatch
Every order is packed and dispatched from our Bangalore warehouse within 48 business hours.
If your saree needs work before it ships — blouse stitching, fall & pico, or any alteration — dispatch may take an extra 1–2 days depending on the work involved.
Delivery within India

You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it to your door.
If your parcel arrives damaged or the packaging looks tampered with — don't accept it. Refuse the delivery, tell the courier, and write to us at support@mimosa.in. We'll send you a brand-new saree at no cost. Full details are in our Returns & Exchanges policy.
International orders
- Shipping charge: ₹2,000 per kg.
- Delivery time: 7–15 business days on average, depending on your country and customs clearance.
- Customs & duties: charged by your country's customs authority and payable by you on delivery. These are not included in our prices and cannot be reimbursed by us.
